1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect item (wrong product, size, or color)

2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

  • All tags, labels, accessories, and manuals (if any) must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery

  • Items without original packaging or missing components

  • Reason for return

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return procedure.

5. Replacements
If your return is approved, you may choose between:

  • A product of equal value (in case of an unavailable item)

6. Refunds
Since Lazora Hike operates on a Cash on Delivery basis, we do not offer monetary refunds. If your return is accepted and a replacement is not feasible, we may offer:

  • A voucher for use on your next purchase

7. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for returned items will only be covered by Lazora Hike in cases of defective or incorrect products. For all other return requests, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
